Return Policy

Return Eligibility
All return requests are subject to approval at the sole discretion of the company. Returns must be requested within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Compliance Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm code compliance and obtain approval from local authorities before purchasing.
Returns will not be accepted if the buyer failed to verify compliance with local building, fire, or safety codes prior to purchase.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping
A prepaid shipping label will be provided for all approved returns. The cost of the return label may be deducted from the final refund.

Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in original condition with no signs of installation, damage, or missing components. Items not meeting these requirements may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing may take up to 7–10 business days after receipt.
